இரண்டு கட்டமாக தேர்வு நடைபெறும் முதல் கட்டத்தில் உடல் திறன் சோதனை நடைபெறும் இரண்டாம் கட்ட தேர்வில் எழுத்து தேர்வு மற்றும் சான்றிதழ் சரிபார்த்தல் மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுவார்.
